Mission statement
"The mission of the Graduate Education Team is to promote and support excellence in all aspects of graduate education in the fields of Engineering and Physical Science. In accomplishing this mission, the Graduate Education Office values integrity, collaboration, efficiency, innovation, and inclusiveness in all that it does. These values are central to its role in encouraging a creative environment for scholarship and research, teaching and learning. The Graduate School is a recognised leader in developing new concepts and best practices for graduate education. It assists Schools in recruiting, supporting, retaining, and graduating outstanding scholars. Through its connections with national higher education organisations, it serves as a resource in forging the future directions of graduate education."

- Graduation July2010.The University has confirmed dates for the Summer Graduation ceremonies. Click here (posted 10/05/2010)
- From the 1st December 2009 the University require all thesis/dissertations for Postgraduate Research degrees to be submitted electronically via the Institutional Repository as well as the traditional soft-bound and hard-bound formats. This will apply to all students who submit a Notice of Submission on or after the 1st December.
